A mix of delicious raisins and cranberries gives this scones a nice mix of mild sweet and sour. Nice with jam, butter and of course clotted cream. But really, you can also eat it just like that.
Scones are baked daily and are easily stored by freezing! If you freeze them you can serve your guests (or yourself) by heating your oven at 220C and putting in the frozen scones for 3.-5 minutes, just be careful not to place it too long!
