We recommend bagels to be toasted before consumption, due to the nature of bagels, they are chewy in room temperature. Always keep you bagels in an airtight container in room temperature or frozen. Do no refrigerate them! Bagels are really good to freeze after slicing and can last for up to 3 months (or more) frozen. To heat up, put in the toaster straight and enjoy!
