This is a plain classic sourdough bagels with no commercial yeast. Our whole wheat bagels are made with around 10%-25% organic whole wheat flour.
We recommend bagels to be toasted before consumption, due to the nature of bagels, they are chewy in room temperature. Bagels are really good to freeze and can last for a month (or more) frozen. To heat up, put in an oven straight from freezing at 220C for about 3-5 minutes depending how crispy you would like them! Enjoy!
